Heidi Hilton is a is a second year Masters Level Social Work student intern at Conventions. She approaches her work through a trauma-informed lens and is especially interested in practices that support mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-understanding.

Heidi brings a compassionate, thoughtful presence to her work, helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys reading, yoga, and spending time with her family.
