Dr. Shah obtained her undergraduate degree from University of Mumbai, India and her medical degree from Grant Medical College. She completed her internship at JJ group of hospitals, Mumbai and her residency at University of Illinois at Chicago.
She is board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She uses a biopsychosocial model to provide psychiatric care and divides her time between public and private psychiatry.
Dr. Shah treats patients between the ages of 17-65. Her professional interest includes – OCD, Psychotic Disorders and Women Mental Health and Mood disorders. She speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali, and Urdu.
