Kerrie Blume graduated with her Masters Degree in Social Work from Aurora University in 2012.  Kerrie began her career working in law enforcement, counseling and providing resources to victims of crime.  Kerrie provided crisis counseling to patients who presented to local emergency departments and worked as an Intake Clinician at Amita (Presence) Mercy Medical Center in the Behavioral Health Intake Department.  Kerrie has joined Conventions Psychiatry & Counseling, bringing her exceptional assessment skills and her passion for treating those with mental illness. Kerrie is a respected clinician who makes it a priority to stay up-to-date on current research in order to provide the most innovative therapeutic treatments.

In her free time, Kerrie enjoys reading, walking, puzzles and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
