Alexandra earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. She has training and experience providing care in Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs, where she supported children and adolescents experiencing mental health crises.
She has experience working with children and adolescents facing mental health challenges, behavioral issues and school avoidance. She specializes in working with children and adolescents, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
She is passionate about supporting and educating youth navigating substance-related challenges, empowering them with the tools and skills needed to build resilience, and making healthy choices.
